The Visionary Behind MAIA
A fourth-generation member of the renowned Ruia industrial lineage, Mayank began shaping his own professional path at Indiana University before building a distinguished career in global finance. His early years included senior roles at leading international institutions such as Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Everstone Capital. After spending close to ten years in the United States, he returned to India in 2008. His entry into the real estate sector followed in 2011, when he joined Phoenix Mills as Group Director – Residential.
Drawing on deep expertise across finance and property development, Mayank established MAIA Estates in 2016 with a vision to create exceptional residential and commercial spaces anchored in trust, craftsmanship, and long-term value.
Under his stewardship, MAIA has evolved from a lean startup into a team of more than 180 professionals, driven by a shared ambition to redefine industry standards and push the boundaries of excellence.
